Simple Steps
Step 1 Prep
Begin with clean, dry nails. Push back your cuticles and lightly buff your nails if needed to create a smooth surface. Use the included prep pad to remove any oils or residue.
Step 2 Apply
Peel off the backing and carefully place the gel strip on your nail, starting from the cuticle line. Smooth it toward the tip and press down firmly to secure it.
Step 3 Cure
Heyhae strips cure instantly under light. For optimal results and longer wear, expose your nails to sunlight for a few minutes (or cure for about 5 seconds under an LED lamp).
Step 4 File
Once cured, trim or file the excess strip to match your nail shape.
Tip: File downward for a smoother finish.

These are so sparkly!! I usually go for darker styles but I wanted something with starbursts for my birthday month (I got Golden Hour for the second half!)
The picture was taken about a week & a half after application!
Bonus pedicure - I'm always able to use the biggest strip for my big toe & take the leftover length for the rest of my toenails.
I love the swirly nail the best, it'd be cool to have some swirly designs in the future!!

These nails are my latest obsession!! I work with my hands a lot, and I always chip normal nail polish on the first day. I tried press ons, but no matter what I always end up snapping them off by the end of the day. I've kept these on for a week straight and they are only now getting the tiniest chips on the fingers I use the most!! I've also taken a pretty hot shower every day since I've put them on, so I'm really putting them through the ringer. I highly, highly recommend, especially for people like me.
