Simple Steps
Step 1 Prep
Begin with clean, dry nails. Push back your cuticles and lightly buff your nails if needed to create a smooth surface. Use the included prep pad to remove any oils or residue.
Step 2 Apply
Peel off the backing and carefully place the gel strip on your nail, starting from the cuticle line. Smooth it toward the tip and press down firmly to secure it.
Step 3 Cure
Heyhae strips cure instantly under light. For optimal results and longer wear, expose your nails to sunlight for a few minutes (or cure for about 5 seconds under an LED lamp).
Step 4 File
Once cured, trim or file the excess strip to match your nail shape.
Tip: File downward for a smoother finish.

I live all the nails they make and the fact that I can use thrm with or without a UV light is epic. I always get compliments on my nails when I use heyhae nails. People always think I have paid a lot of money to have my nails done with intricate designs and when I reveal my secret people are blown away. This is definitely my weakness and my guilty pleasure that doesn't brake the bank either so I tend to buy a lot! Lol. Buy them and follow directions. I do think they stay on longer when I use the uv light though so personally that is what I recommend but you can also use the sun as uv light source.
