Simple Steps
Step 1 Prep
Begin with clean, dry nails. Push back your cuticles and lightly buff your nails if needed to create a smooth surface. Use the included prep pad to remove any oils or residue.
Step 2 Apply
Peel off the backing and carefully place the gel strip on your nail, starting from the cuticle line. Smooth it toward the tip and press down firmly to secure it.
Step 3 Cure
Heyhae strips cure instantly under light. For optimal results and longer wear, expose your nails to sunlight for a few minutes (or cure for about 5 seconds under an LED lamp).
Step 4 File
Once cured, trim or file the excess strip to match your nail shape.
Tip: File downward for a smoother finish.

I just discovered this brand and I love them!! This is my second set and they’re so worth it. It’s affordable, and they last me longer than gel nails from the salon. I used to consistently get my nails done every 3 weeks but after having 2 kids, the time it took to go and get them done, the cost of them I couldn’t justify it anymore but still wanted my nails to be cute. These are the answer!! I can do them during nap time or when dad is entertaining them and the last 10-14 days. I like that the strips come with extra because if I break one or it snaps off it’s super easy to get a new one to fit with either stretching it or trimming it to the nail size. The only thing I could ask out of these is we need toe nail strips!!!!
