Simple Steps
Step 1 Prep
Begin with clean, dry nails. Push back your cuticles and lightly buff your nails if needed to create a smooth surface. Use the included prep pad to remove any oils or residue.
Step 2 Apply
Peel off the backing and carefully place the gel strip on your nail, starting from the cuticle line. Smooth it toward the tip and press down firmly to secure it.
Step 3 Cure
Heyhae strips cure instantly under light. For optimal results and longer wear, expose your nails to sunlight for a few minutes (or cure for about 5 seconds under an LED lamp).
Step 4 File
Once cured, trim or file the excess strip to match your nail shape.
Tip: File downward for a smoother finish.

I have been a nail-biter all my life, and when I found these gel nail strips my life changed.
I have tried everything through the years to help me stop biting my nails and nothing worked until now.
The fact that they made my nails look so pretty made me want to take care of them. The strips make your nails really strong, in fact once my nails grew out I kept wearing them because they kept my thin weak nails from splitting where the white begins at the finger tips.
I love nail polish but it always chips and that drives me crazy. You won't have that problem when you wear these gel nail strips. I used to try to wear press on nails and they lasted a day tops. I could not keep them on no matter what glue I used so I gave up. When I put these on I expected the same thing to happen, but I found out that they stayed on even though I got them wet all the time with dishes or bumped them on something etc.
I totally recommend these nail strips, you won't be disappointed. Make sure to read or watch all the tips and tricks to putting the nail strips on and taking them off, that is the secret to having them stay on for 2 to 3 weeks at a time.
One last thing, if you ever put them on and find an imperfection that bothers you try putting clear glitter nail polish on top of them, then top coat to make them shiny. Last thing, I always put top coat on the strips once they are on, I love the shine and it makes the nails look so pretty.

I’ve tried a few semi cured gel wraps, and these are always the ones I come back to. Easy to apply and remove. Prints and colors are exactly my style. Love mixing and matching, pic attached is a mix with the sigma set (my favorite).
