Simple Steps
Step 1 Prep
Begin with clean, dry nails. Push back your cuticles and lightly buff your nails if needed to create a smooth surface. Use the included prep pad to remove any oils or residue.
Step 2 Apply
Peel off the backing and carefully place the gel strip on your nail, starting from the cuticle line. Smooth it toward the tip and press down firmly to secure it.
Step 3 Cure
Heyhae strips cure instantly under light. For optimal results and longer wear, expose your nails to sunlight for a few minutes (or cure for about 5 seconds under an LED lamp).
Step 4 File
Once cured, trim or file the excess strip to match your nail shape.
Tip: File downward for a smoother finish.

I LOVE these. I'm a dedicated fan now. I'd gotten a builder gel set at the salon and the removal process left my nails super weak. I already have ridges in my nails from my thyroid condition, too. I've always struggled with press-ons so I was very skeptical. And every single fear I had with these was completely unfounded.
They're so pretty and applied super easily. I can't really see the ridges in my nails anymore, which I was super self conscious about. They're also tough! I've had my hands in clay and paint and they haven't so much as chipped or dented. They're protecting my natural nail and letting them grow out and I don't even notice that they're on. There was one I didn't trim properly and I was able to pop it off very easily and reapply. Each set comes with enough strips for two applications meaning $10 gets me not one but TWO manis.

Okay I just tried my first set with these matcha nails. They were sooo easy to apply and cure, I love the color, and will definitely be using again!! I love that I don’t have to worry about smudging a wet nail. I can’t speak to how long they last yet, but so far really happy with the whole process.

I love HaeHae nail strips because they don’t damage my nails, they actually last a long time, and they look like real gel. After applying make sure you hold your nails in the sun for 3 minutes and they will harden. I use a base coat and no top coat and they last at least a week sometimes multiple weeks.
