Simple Steps
Step 1 Prep
Begin with clean, dry nails. Push back your cuticles and lightly buff your nails if needed to create a smooth surface. Use the included prep pad to remove any oils or residue.
Step 2 Apply
Peel off the backing and carefully place the gel strip on your nail, starting from the cuticle line. Smooth it toward the tip and press down firmly to secure it.
Step 3 Cure
Heyhae strips cure instantly under light. For optimal results and longer wear, expose your nails to sunlight for a few minutes (or cure for about 5 seconds under an LED lamp).
Step 4 File
Once cured, trim or file the excess strip to match your nail shape.
Tip: File downward for a smoother finish.

These are just so pretty.
I'm a fierce fan of HeyHae! They are easy to apply, simple to remove without damaging my nails, and they are the closest-fitting ones out there (I have tried most of the ones out there, too).
While not all of the colors are right for me, so many of them are and I have quite a collection.

I’ve tried several other brands but none of them come close to the great experience I have time and again with heyhae. I’ve ordered over a dozen different sets at this point and now always keep at least one on hand. Perfect thickness with many strip sizes to fit a variety of nail beds. But one of the biggest selling points for me is that even after they’ve grown out a bit, no snags or tugs when I run my fingers through my hair. My new favorite thing to do is to add nail stickers and use their Glazed Top Gel.

I am a silversmith and ranch wife who works with my hands daily. Polishing pieces, filing metal, feeding cows, not being super gentle on my fingernails and these are really impressive! I’ve had them on about a week and they look brand new still! I was skeptical on them hardening the way the advertisements say, but they really do harden nicely! It will take a little practice picking out the right size, but they give you so many sizing options. 10/10 will definitely be a lifetime customer!
