Step 1 Prep

Begin with clean, dry nails. Push back your cuticles and lightly buff your nails if needed to create a smooth surface. Use the included prep pad to remove any oils or residue.

Step 2 Apply

Peel off the backing and carefully place the gel strip on your nail, starting from the cuticle line. Smooth it toward the tip and press down firmly to secure it.

Step 3 Cure

Heyhae strips cure instantly under light. For optimal results and longer wear, expose your nails to sunlight for a few minutes (or cure for about 5 seconds under an LED lamp).

Step 4 File

Once cured, trim or file the excess strip to match your nail shape.

Tip: File downward for a smoother finish.

    Easy!

    My nails weren’t looking great so I didn’t want to go to the salon when they were so brittle. I ordered these to put on before vacation. I watched a couple videos, used the base coat and top gel after. Im not the best at shaping/filing my nails, but these were super easy and convenient to put on! I got the LED lamp for extra convenience but I’m sure going out in the sun would do the job, too.
